Samudrala Raghavacharya (19 July 1902 – 16 March 1968), also known as Samudrala Senior, was a writer, producer, director and playback singer of Telugu films, Andhra Pradesh, India. Samudrala Senior was the one who advised the renowned singer Ghantasala to try his luck in the film industry as a singer in 1942.[1]
Personal life
Samudrala Raghavacharya was born in 1902, in Pedapulivarru, Repalle Taluk, Andhra Pradesh, India. He was also known to be the father of Samudrala Ramanujacharya (Samudrala Jr.).
