Samuel E. Beetley
Samuel E. Beetley (November 23, 1913 – September 15, 1988) was an American film editor. He was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Film Editing in 1962 for The Longest Day, and in 1967 for Doctor Dolittle. He won Emmys in 1974 for Medical Story and 1976 for The Blue Knight, and was nominated in 1977 for M*A*S*H.[1]
