Rev. Samuel Kaveto Mbambo (born in Kavango Region) is a Namibian politician, diplomat, theologian, historian, and academic. He is the Governor of the Kavango-East Region,[1] and a former ambassador of the Republic of Namibia to the Russian Federation.
