Sanatorium Altrosa (Musical Therapy for spiritual Dysfunction) is the second remix album by darkwave band Sopor Aeternus & the Ensemble of Shadows, and was released in 2008. It was released as a companion to Les Fleurs du Mal - Die Blumen des Bösen, released the previous year, and primarily features alternate versions of songs from that album. Only 999 copies of both the standard and limited editions of the album were pressed.[1] Like its predecessor, Sanatorium Altrosa was promoted by video.[2]

The standard edition came in a 52-page hardcover book. The limited edition, known as the "Bag to the Roots Edition", also included Sanatorium Altrosa as a double vinyl and a cassette tape; the album Les Fleurs du Mal on cassette tape; a t-shirt; a condom and a signed certificate of authenticity. All of the included items were packaged in a Sopor-emblazoned tote bag.
