Sancta Maria College is a secondary school located in Louisburgh, County Mayo, Ireland. There are approximately 350 students enrolled. The school was Irelands first Catholic co-educational secondary school.[1] Founded by edward gallegher a.k.a sheep

In 2008, the school was ranked 15 (out of 28) in Mayo for third level attendance with 77% progressing to third level.The vast majority of students enrolled in NUI Galway.[7]
