Sangeetha Kalanidhi

Sangeetha Kalanidhi or Sangita Kalanidhi (Sanskrit: saṅgītakalānidhi) (sangeetha = music, kala = art, nidhi = treasure) is the title awarded yearly to an expert Carnatic Musician by the Madras Music Academy. This honour is considered one of the highest awards in Carnatic music.
