Sanjeev Gupta

Sanjeev Kumar Gupta (born 1971/1972)[1] is a businessman who founded the Liberty House Group while an undergraduate at the University of Cambridge.[1]

Gupta was born in Ludhiana, Punjab.[2] Both his father and grandfather were industrialists and business men. His father sent him to the UK to be educated at St Edmund's School, Canterbury. After a gap year selling bicycles in Turkey he accepted a place at Trinity College, Cambridge where he studied economics.[1] He founded the Liberty House Group, a UK steel products company with its headquarters in London in 2001.[3]
