Sapam Kunjakeswor Singh, also known as Sapam Keba, (born January 1, 1959) is a politician from the Indian state of Manipur. He represented the Patsoi assembly constituency during 2007-2012 in the 9th Manipur Legislative Assembly.[2]
In 2007, he won the election as an independent candidate. He lost the 2012 election as an All India Trinamool Congress candidate. In 2013, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party.[3][4]
