Sarah Brandner (born 12 December 1988) is a German model and was best known for being the girlfriend of Bastian Schweinsteiger.
Education
Brandner attended Obermenzinger Gymnasium,[3] where she completed her abitur in 2010 with the main subjects being mathematics and economics.[4] She then started studying sociology and history of art at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich but dropped out.[5]
Career
Brandner was featured in the 2010 Sports Illustrated Body Painting Issue, along with Abbey Clancy, Bethany Dempsey, and Melissa Satta. She has also done notable work for German magazine Bild, and GQ Germany.
Her first modeling job was advertising photos for Stadtwerke München.[3]
Personal life
Brandner was in a relationship with Manchester United footballer Bastian Schweinsteiger from 2007 until July 2014. They lived together in Munich.[6]
