Sarhad University of Science and Information Technology is an institute of higher education in Peshawar, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Established in 2001, the university offers a wide range of programs from bachelor to doctoral level. The university is recognized at the highest category (W3) by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.

History

The Government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa accorded Charter to the University vide Ordinance No. XXIV of 2001 to award certificates, diplomas and degrees. The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, the Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA), and the Ministry of Education, recognize the certificates, degrees and diplomas awarded by this University. The Pakistan Engineering Council also accredits its BE(Electrical) program.

Campus

Sarhad University has campus on Ring Road (Hayatabad Link) Peshawar; the suburb of Hayatabad. There are also branches in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and U.A.E., proving to accommodate the best students and top scorers.
