Sarojini Shankar Vaidya (Devanagari: सरोजिनी शंकर वैद्य) (June 15, 1933 August 3, 2007) was a Marathi writer from Maharashtra, India.

She was born on June 15, 1933 in Akluj, Maharashtra.

She wrote critical books and biographies. She served for some years as the Head of Marathi department of Mumbai University and as a manager of Maharashtra state's Marathi Vikas Sanstha.

She was married to poet and critic Shankar Vaidya.
