Highway 28 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Highway 18 near Lake Alma to Highway 13. Highway 28 is about 60 km (37 mi.) long.
Highway 28 also passes near Radville and Riverside. It connects with Highways 705 and 377.
