Scappino (Italian pronunciation: [ˈscapino]) is an Italian luxury fashion house created in 1914 by Domenico Scappino in Turin, Italy,[1] specialized in silk products like ready-to-wear, ties, shoes, watches, jewellery, accessories, sunglasses, fragances, etc. and it is known one of the best fine silk producers in the world.

History

Scappino is founded in 1914 in Turin when the World War I started, with the pass of the years the brand started winning renown in Europe will have boutiques across the continent even the Prince of Piemont the provider of the Royal House.[2] The passage of time opens stores in Mexico and Argentina, with the outbreak of World War II, many shops in Europe was closed but as at that time did not pass the Mexico world situation the country continued to ask the company's products and sowed a lot of interest in the country, after the war some shops reopened brand in Italy.

As of today is an emporium dedicated Scappino especially silk products with a reputation and history yoked. It was announced that soon will open boutiques in USA, Asia and Europe again
