Scinax parkeri is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Bolivia, possibly Brazil, and possibly Paraguay. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, intermittent freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater marshes, pastureland, and heavily degraded former forest.
