Scinax trilineatus is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Brazil, Guyana, Suriname, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, and pastureland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
