Scirpophaga whalleyi is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Lewvanich in 1981.[1] It is found in China (Yunnan), India and Sri Lanka.[2]

The wingspan is 19–21 mm for males and 21–27 mm for females. The forewings are yellow and the hindwings are white with pale yellow suffusion in the costal half. Females have a pale yellowish white anal tuft.[3]
