Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Scarecrow is a 2013 Direct-to-DVD special based upon the Scooby-Doo Saturday morning cartoons as a Halloween special, released on September 10, 2013 on the 13 Spooky Tales: Run for Your Rife DVD.
Plot
Two people are attacked by a scarecrow in Cobb Corner's haunted corn maze, which prompts the mayor to close down the corn maze and all Halloween festivities for the year. Unless the gang can stop the living scarecrow (legend has it that it was brought to life by a witch's curse), Cobb Corner will have no Halloween.[3]
