Scorpios is an American indie rock band, working as a side project of several punk rock band members. The band members are Joey Cape (Lagwagon, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Bad Astronaut, The Playing Favorites), Tony Sly (No Use For A Name), Jon Snodgrass (Drag the River, Armchair Martian), and Brian Wahlstrom.

The band's debut album was released in 2011 on tour.

On August 1, 2012, No Use For A Name's record label, Fat Wreck Chords, announced that Sly had died at age 41.[1]

On August 7, 2012, a statement was released on Fat Wreck Chords saying that Tony Sly had died "peacefully in his sleep".[2] His final solo show took place in Gainesville, Florida on July 29, 2012 while he was touring with Joey Cape.
