Sean Geoffrey Clingeleffer (born 9 May 1980) in Hobart, Tasmania is an Australian cricket player, who plays for the Tasmanian Tigers. He plays his club cricket for North Hobart Cricket Club.

Although a difficult batsman to remove, his defensive style has caused criticism. In recent seasons the Tigers have opted not to play a specialist keeper in the one-day side, and Clingeleffer lost his spot for a more specialist batsmen, costing him a role in the victorious ING Cup winning side of 2004-05. After eight seasons with the tigers and being a major part of their success in the Pura Cup Final in 2006-07 - scoring a century, he was dropped in 2007-08 after scoring 103 runs in five matches, he was subsequently not offered a contract for the 2008-09 season.
