Sebastian F. Hönig
Sebastian Florian Hönig is a German astronomer and DFG fellow in the astrophysics group of the University of California, Santa Barbara Physics Department from Eislingen/Fils, Germany. He works on active galactic nuclei and the theory of dust tori. Hönig has identified numerous asteroids and correctly identified the periodic comet P/2007 R5 despite it having no tail.[1] On July 22, 2002 he discovered comet C/2002 O4[2] and is credited with the discovery of about 500 asteroids.[3]
