Securities and Commodities Authority (UAE)

Securities and Commodities Authority is a UAE entity established based on the federal decree No. (4) in 2000.[1]

The Authority is a legal entity, which is financially and administratively independent, reported directly to the Economy Minister.

The main objective of the Authority is to supervise and monitor the markets.
