Seelio is an electronic portfolio technology and service solution that helps college students construct a Digital Identity for greater career preparedness.[1] and allows institutions to evaluate portfolios for assessment, University Student Retention and career readiness.

History

Seelio was founded in 2011 by University of Michigan alumni Moses Lee, David Jsa, and Jerry Wang.[2] In 2014, Seelio was acquired by Plattform.[3]

Seelio has partnered with institutions across the country including the Georgia Institute of Technology, University of Toledo and West Virginia University.[4][5][6]

Features

Seelio provides students with a customizable online portfolio[7] that they can use to display digital and written files from sources like Prezi, Soundcloud, YouTube, Vimeo.[8] Seelio helps students find potential team members, learn about their background, expertise and form multidisciplinary teams.[9] On Seelio, faculty and administrators can create portfolio groups for courses and departments, evaluate and assess student portfolio work,[10] and feature and curate content in group showcase galleries [11]
