Seiji Koga (古賀 誠史, Koga Seiji, born August 7, 1979) is a Japanese footballer. He is from Fukuoka, Japan. He currently plays for Vissel Kobe, a J. League Division 1 team. He has previously played with Okawa Middle School, Fukuoka, Japan; Higashi Fukuoka High School, Fukuoka, Japan; Yokohama F. Marinos, Japan; Avispa Fukuoka, Japan.[1]

His first appearance in the J. League Division 1 was with Yokohama F. Marinos against Sanfrecce Hiroshima on 28 March 1998 at Mitsuzawa Stadium in Yokohama. His first goal in the J. League Division 1 was with Avispa Fukuoka against Oita Trinita on 3 March 2002 at Hakata no Mori Stadium in Fukuoka.

He is the younger brother of Avispa Fukuoka defender Masahiro Koga.
