Seiji Saito (斉藤 誠司 Saitō Seiji) is a Japanese footballer who plays for Latvian First League side FK Tukums 2000.[1]
Club career
On 8 January 2015, Saito signed for FK Tukums 2000 for one-year deal.
International career
Saito has represented Japan at numerous youth levels. He was a member of the Japan team for the Japan U15, U16, U18, U20, U21 tours in England.
