Semioscopis megamicrella is a species of moth of the Depressariidae family. It was described by Dyar in 1902. It is found in the northern United States and southern Canada.
The wingspan is 15–25 mm. The forewings are pale brown to dark grayish-brown with fine speckling. The hindwings are pale grayish-brown. Adults are on wing from April to May.[2]
