The hook-billed bulbul (Setornis criniger) is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Setornis.[2] It is found in Brunei, Indonesia, and Malaysia, where its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical swamps. It is threatened by habitat loss.[1]
