Seyat (Russian: Сеят; Yakut: Сиэйэт) is a rural locality (a selo), one of two settlements, in addition to Balagachchy, in Bappagayinsky Rural Okrug of Vilyuysky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia. It is located 123 kilometers (76 mi) from Vilyuysk, the administrative center of the district and 13 kilometers (8.1 mi) from Balagachchy. Its population as of the 2010 Census was 0,[3] the same as recorded during the 2002 Census.[1]
