Seybold Building

Seybold Building in Miami, Florida

Seybold Building and Arcade is a historic building in Miami, Florida.[1] It was designed by Kiehnel and Elliott. John Seybold had a bakery and confectionery business in a three-story building he built in 1915. A 2-story annex was added to it in the back in 1921. Eight stories were added to above the annex in 1925. The Seybold Building and arcade became are a City of Miami landmark. Seybold sold the complex in 1941. [2] It is a National Register of Historic Places contributing property as part of the Downtown Miami Historic District.
