Seysulan (also, Seisoulan) is a village in the Tartar Rayon of Azerbaijan. The village is on the cease-fire line between the armed forces of the Armenia and Azerbaijan. Seysulan was under control of the Armenian forces since the 1994 ceasefire.
Azerbaijani forces claimed to have attacked and retaken the village during clashes on April 4th, 2016,[1]
