Shaf Keshavjee
Shaf Keshavjee OC OOnt is a Canadian lung transplant surgeon. He a Senior Scientist at the Toronto General Research Institute and the Cancer Clinical Research Unit of the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. He is also a Professor in the Division of Thoracic Surgery & Institute of Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Toronto.[1]
Honours
In 2013, he was awarded the Order of Ontario.[2] He was made an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2014 "for his innovative contributions to thoracic surgery, notably in the development of a process that has improved lung transplantation worldwide".[3]
