Shajra clan

Shajra or "Shujra are a tribe found in the provinces of Sindh and Punjab in Pakistan. They are found mainly in the districts of Khanewal, Multan and Rajanpur in Punjab. The Shajra or Shujra clan is basically from "yemen" they migrated with Mohammad Bin Qasim some settled in Punjab speak Seraiki, while those settled in Sindh speak Sindhi in Yemen there are more than 40000 shajra's who speak arabic . in Pakistan there clan also have a political background in sindh and in punjab , there Chief Sardar was(late) Sardar Ali Gohar Khan Shujra , after him there was no one who can put hand to there clan therefore the clan decided to make Muzafar Ali Shujra who has a very strong political background as there tribal chief .[1]
