Shanzay (also spelled Shanzae, "Shanzeh", Persian & Urdu: شانزے) is a feminine given name in Pakistan, which has the meaning woman of dignity.
Shanzay is a female name of Persian origin, and it's basic root is either from Shah- an -zay (lit daughter of king/royal princess) or Shaan-zeh (Of dignity/magnificent) . [1] It might also be connected to the name 'Shahnaz'.
