Sharad Patel (born 29 May 1987), is an Indian auteur, film-maker, producer, promoter and real estate developer. He is the founder of SP CineCorp (Film Production and Distribution Company), ESSPEE Group (Real Estate Developers) and Rajasthan Fashion Week. He is the son of Sanjay Patel, the founder member of CREDAI (The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India).[1] Sharad Patel began his production career with the box-office hit Gujarati movie “Chhello Divas” which released on November 20, 2015.[2]

Early years and personal life

Sharad Patel was born in Vadodara, India. He did his schooling at Tejas Vidyalaya and attended Nirma University for Ba in Computer Science.[3] Sharad is a real estate developer In Vadodara.

Career

Sharad Patel started his career in real estate in his family business with his father and later established it into a brand called ESSPEE GROUP.[4]

As an actor and model, Sharad Patel along with Raahul Dhyani and his team conceptualized Rajasthan Fashion Week (RFW), a four day event about glamour and fashion held in Jaipur.[5] Sharad walked the ramp with various Bollywood celebrities like Sonakshi Sinha, Akshay Kumar, Vivek Oberoi and more.[6]

Sharad Patel was one of 6 producers for Chhello Divas the movie is rated 8.6 on IMDb (Internet Movie Database).[7] Chhello Divas did a business of Rs 6 crores in the first 10 days [8] and a gross box office collection of 19 crores plus. The movie recently completed 100 days in theatres. [9]
