Sharon Quirk-Silva is an American politician and former member of the California State Assembly. She is a Democrat who represented the 65th district, encompassing parts of northern Orange County. Prior to being elected to the state assembly, she was the Mayor of Fullerton. She was elected to the state Assembly in an upset, unseating incumbent Republican Chris Norby by a narrow margin. She sought a second term in 2014, but was defeated by former Congressional aide Young Kim.
