Shaun Smith was the manager of the Ra'anana Express in the Israel Baseball League.[1]

Smith is Australian.[1] He coaches in Sydney Major League, the highest level of play in Australia, and has coached the Auburn Orioles and New South Wales.[2] Express player Dane Wigg also played for Smith in Australia.[3] He was the pitching coach of the 1998, 2005, and 2007 Australian national teams, assistant coach of the 1998 and 1999 teams, and head coach of the 2000 team[4] and in 2010, after leading his NSW U/18 team to the 2010 AAA National championship, he was added to the coaching staff for the AAA Australian team.[5][6]

Smith has spent significant time on player development.[7] He has coached men's, boys, and women's teams.[7][8]
