Hekiru Shiina (椎名 へきる Shiina Hekiru, born March 12, 1974 in Higashikurume, Tokyo) is a Japanese voice actress and singer.[1] Her first major voice role was Mina Toreishi in Idol Defense Force Hummingbird. Some of her major voice roles include Hikaru Shidou in Magic Knight Rayearth, Alpha in Yokohama Kaidashi Kikō, Dortin in Sorcerous Stabber Orphen, Yamawaro in Hell Girl: Three Vessels and Celestia in Danganronpa: The Animation. Shiina is associated with Arts Vision, a major agency for talent in Tokyo, and was working under Sony Music Records, her record label until 2009, when she changed over to Lantis. Shiina also voiced for Mega Man from 1993 to 1996.
