"Shine" is a song recorded by Russian duo the Tolmachevy Sisters, who represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. The song was written by Philipp Kirkorov and Dimitris Kontopoulos, with lyrics by John Ballard, Ralph Charlie and Gerard James Borg.[1] The song was released on 19 March 2014.[2] The Music Video was released on 25 March 2014. The Russian version of the song called Polovina premiered on 4 April 2014. Shine qualified the Tolmachevy Sisters for the 10 May 2014 final round of Eurovision, after they passed the first semifinal on 7 May.[3]
