Shingli bala is a village of Battagram District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is part of Gijbori Union Council and lies within Battagram Tehsil and is located about four kilometres from the district headquarters Battagram along the Shahrah-e-Resham (Karakoram Hwy) or silk route.
It is a One of Tourist and Beautiful town of Battagram. And one of 6th Village of Deshan Territory and one of 3rd Village of Gijbori union Council. There are more than 500 houses in this village.
