Shinji Kobayashi (小林 伸二, born 24 August 1960) is a former Japanese football player.
Club career
He has been the manager of Tokushima Vortis for four seasons, but he didn't see his contract renewed for 2016.[1] After few days, he was appointed by Shimizu S-Pulse to gain back the top flight.[2]
