Shirley M. Kitchen is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania State Senate who has represented the 3rd District since 1996.[2] Previously she was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1987 through 1988.
Ward leader
Kitchen is the Ward Leader of the 20th Ward Democratic Executive Committee.[3]
