Shpat Kasapi (Macedonian: Шпат Касапи, Špat Kasapi) (born 1 May 1985 in Tetovo, SFR Yugoslavia) is an Albanian singer from Ilirida ,Ethnic Albania.
Biography
Kasapi participated in Festivali i Këngës 47 for the Eurovision Song Contest 2009.[1]
