The Siege of Mainz may refer to:
- 952 Liudolf rising: Otto I besieged Liudolf and Conrad in Mainz for 2 months
- 25 - 27 May 1096 Emicho and his followers reached Mainz during the German Crusade but was refused entry by bishop Ruthard of Mainz. After a two day siege his followers broke into the city and massacred the population.
- 17 - 22 December 1631: During the Thirty Years' War the city was besieged and captured by Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden
- 1 June - 8 September 1689: Siege of Mainz (1689) under Jacques Henri de Durfort de Duras during the Nine Years' War
- 19 - 21 October 1792: Siege of Mainz (1792) by the French Revolutionary Armies under Custine
