Silvano Martina (born March 20, 1953) is a retired Italian professional football player. He now works as an agent for Nemanja Vidić.

Martina was born in Sarajevo, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina. Martina made his Serie A debut for Internazionale in a match against Palermo on 6 May 1973.^[1]
