Simon Mzee Kaukungua

Simon Hafeni ‘Mzee’ Kaukungua (6 October 1919 – 31 August 2014) was a Namibian Liberation struggle hero[1] and founding member of SWAPO. Kaukungua was born in Ohalushu village in the Ohangwena Region and died at Ongwediva MediClinic at the age of 94.[2]
