Simon Shipp (born 27 April 1983) is an English cricketer. Shipp is a right-handed batsman who bowls right-arm fast-medium. He was born in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

Shipp represented the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board in a single List A match against the Gloucestershire Cricket Board in the 1st round of the 2000 NatWest Trophy.[1] In his only List A match he scored an unbeaten 2 runs[2] and with the ball he took a single wicket at a cost of 17 runs.[3]

In 2001, he made his Minor Counties Championship debut for Cambridgeshire against Suffolk. From 2001 to 2002, he represented the county in 6 Championship matches, the last of which came against Hertfordshire.[4] He also represented the county in the MCCA Knockout Trophy, making his debut in that competition for Cambridgeshire against Bedfordshire. During the 2006 season he played 3 further Trophy matches, the last of which came against Hertfordshire.[5]
