Sinfire Cinnamon Whisky is a brand of blended whisky made with natural cinnamon flavors, imported, bottled, and distributed by Hood River Distillers, located in Hood River, Oregon, United States.[1][2] [3] Launched in February 2012,[4] the whisky has a flavor reminiscent of Red Hots candy. The 70 proof spirit is available in 750 ml, 375 ml and 50 ml sizes.
History
The Sazerac Company, maker of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, sued the Hood River Distillers over the allegedly confusing trade name and marketing of its product.[5][6][7]
The product has a thermochromic temperature-sensitive color morphing label. This is intended to inform consumers when the bottle is at the optimal serving temperature of 32 degrees Fahrenheit.[8]
