Sincik is a remote district of Adıyaman Province of Turkey with a population of 4,262. The mayor is Mehmet Korkut (BBP).

Sincik is a poor rural community beyond the town of Kahta. It is reached by a single-track province road 02-03 across the Roman built Severan Bridge crossing the Cendere Creek, over high passes and between rocky outcrops. There are views of Mount Nemrut from the road.

This is the lowest-income district of Adıyaman and one of the lowest in Turkey. The village was established as a district capital as the journey to the nearest town, Kahta, was too arduous, especially in winter when the road is often closed and the town cut off. Now, there is a post-office and other public amenities year-round in Sincik.
