Singarapettai is a town near Krishnagiri in India. About 6 km from are a dam and a park named "Pambar". Another dam named "Sathanur" is about 30 km from Singarapettei. Other attractions include a Perumal temple on the top of mountain, and a dense forest with various wild animals.

The place is known well as it is in between two important cities Thiruvannamalai & Bangalore. It is in half way of the NH66 Road.. It is near to Tirupattur (30 km) in Vellore District. A Village named "Paavakal" is 8 km away from Singarapettai. Javvadu hill is also nearby this place.

It is connected to Tirupattur via Vishamangalam, Pasalai Kuttai and Vengalapuram. In between Uthangarai and Singarapettai, a dam called "Pambar" is located. Frequent buses ply from Singarapettai to Salem, Harur, Dharmapuri, Bangalore, Hosur, Krishnagiri, Tirupattur, Vaniyambadi, Chengam, Thiruvannamalai, Pondicherry, Melmaruvathur and Cheyyar.
