Sinopliosaurus is a genus of pliosauroid plesiosaur, a type of short-necked marine reptile, from the Early Cretaceous of People's Republic of China. One species, "S." fusuiensis, was later shown to be based on teeth from a spinosaurid theropod dinosaur.[1]
