Sir Henry Northcote, 5th Baronet (1710 – 28 May 1743), English politician, was a member of a family which had long been settled in Devon, tracing their descent from Galfridas de Nordcote who settled there in 1103. He was the only son and heir of Sir Henry Northcote, 4th Baronet (1655-1730).
He entered Parliament in 1735 as Member of Parliament for Exeter, holding the seat until his death in 1743.
